Why Chimera? (ky-MEER-uh)
Chimera is a fire-breathing female monster in Greek mythology with a lion's head, a goat's body, and
a serpent's tail (Merriam-Websters).
I always LOVED the idea of a she-monster.
It was the 90s, what can I say??
I also relate to these definitions:
Chimerical: an adjective that describes something that exists only in the imagination, is wildly fanciful, or is completely unrealistic and unlikely to ever come true.
In programming: a chimera in code is an incongruous, hybrid component that tries to be too many
different things at once – yep…
